Vivedaa Organix, a herbal cosmetic brand. was entering a saturated market with numerous competitors offering similar products. The challenge was to help this new brand carve out a niche in the product category and position it distinctively. The product’s USP was its formulation consisting of 20+ natural ingredients.
Extensive market research revealed that while there are a number of hair oil options available, there was a growing trend towards luxury and wellness products, especially those with natural and herbal ingredients. However, except for a few brands in the market, organic was rarely associated with affordable luxury.
We built on this opportunity to position the herbal hair oil as “Herbal Luxury Hair Oil” while promoting this unique blend as a “Herbal Spa” for your hair.
The way forward chosen for the brand – as a luxurious, herbal spa experience for the hair – successfully differentiated the product in a crowded market.

The packaging, in a unique luxurious shade of green, was conceptualised to reflect the product’s natural roots. The chosen colour palette symbolised the natural and herbal essence of the oil, with a focus on minimalist graphics to convey sophistication and purity.
